Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a strong shower and a bonus bath, but they were quite dark as they faced the back of the building. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, and there were mosquitoes even with the windows closed. The staff, however, were lovely and helpful. I missed having a teapot in the room.
The hotel had spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable rooms despite being a bit small and located at the back of the building, making them dark. The air conditioning was fixed, so we couldn't adjust the temperature, and we even had mosquitoes despite closing the windows. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, although not overly engaging. The location was near the metro station, but a bit far from the city center. The dining was above adequate, but there was some construction noise disrupting our mornings. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the pillows were lovely, which was a big plus in the city. However, the reception staff, though they were able to provide expert knowledge on travelling around Lisbon and Portugal, could have been more courteous in their manner. The location of the hotel was great, near a metro station and a shopping mall. The dining options were fine with enough choice of hot and cold food, but could have been healthier. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel was reasonably priced for two people with open luggage, but the rooms were noisy at night, possibly due to the nearby pool. The rooms had a really small window which limited natural light, and the construction noise from the nearby building was disruptive early in the morning.
The hotel had lovely rooms, very clean and comfortable, although a bit dark as they faced the back of the building. The nighttime noise, possibly from the pool, could be a disturbance. The service was excellent with a very friendly staff, great breakfast, and stylish hotel. However, the location, though close to public transportation, felt a bit noisy and not particularly relaxing. The dining options were satisfactory but could use more variety and quality. The facilities were good overall, offering standard services.
